Forest Hill Institute of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is located in the heart of the Forest Hill. We are located at 1188B Eglinton Ave West minutes from Yorkdale and right on the Eglinton West subway line. We are conveniently located right off the Allen Rd Expressway. Just east of the TTC municipal parking lot on the north side is where you can find us.
FROM THE 401
Take the 401 to Allen Road Expressway. Allen Road ends at Eglinton Ave West. Turn Left onto Eglinton Ave West. We're located just east of the TTC parking lot on the north side of the road.
FROM THE GARDINER EXPRESSWAY/QEW
From the Gardiner-Expressway/ QEW take the 427N exit, exit 139, towards highway 401 Pearson Airport. Merge onto the 427N. Merge onto the 401 Express East. Exit towards Keele/Dufferin/Allen Rd. Merge onto 401 Collecters East. Take the Allen Rd Exit. Merge onto Eglinton Ave West. Turn Left on Eglinton Ave. Just past the TTC parking lot is where you can find us, on the north side of the street just steps from the parking lot.
FROM THE SUBWAY
From the Eglinton West station exit left above ground and we are a block east on the north side of the road. 1188 B Eglinton Ave West.
PARKING
There is 1 Hour street parking within the vacinity of our office. Also the TTC parking lot just west of us is conviently located steps from our door.

Scarborough Medical Arts Building is located at Finch and Kennedy in Scarborough. Dr. Sliwin remains at this location for easy access for our east end friends. We are located on the 3rd floor, In suite 306.

We are accessible by car by taking the 401 East to Kennedy Road. North on Kennedy Road. Right on Finch Ave. Ending at 4040 Finch Ave East.
