Scarborough / Toronto Buttock Lift Specialist
Dr. Sammy Sliwin

As one of the most highly regarded Toronto plastic surgeons, Dr. Sliwin specializes in performing a variety of sophisticated body contouring procedures. Over the course of his career, he has helped numerous Toronto and Scarborough patients enhance their body contours through treatments such as buttock lift. In the paragraphs below, Dr. Sliwin describes the latter procedure and the results his buttock lift Toronto patients can achieve through it.

Buttock Lift Procedure

Buttock lift is a surgical procedure performed for patients who are more concerned with improving the tone and tautness of the skin rather than adding structure and/or volume to the backside. When performing buttock lift in Toronto, Dr. Sliwin simply raises and tightens the skin over the buttocks. The purpose of a buttock lift is to make the rear end appear less saggy, dimpled and/or wrinkled.

Will buttock lift surgery leave a scar? Dr. Sliwin makes incisions on each side of the buttocks. Once healed, the scars are easily hidden under most panties and bathing suits.

How much time off will I need after my buttock lift surgery? Minimum 2 weeks.

Do I need to stay overnight? No.

Do I need to wear a special garment? Yes, a compression garment.

When can I return to doing exercise? Minimum 4 weeks depending on rate of healing.

Are the results permanent? Yes.
